fit.sg is a fitness directory platform that connects users with fitness venues, studios, and trainers in Singapore. We provide listing, search, and discovery services for fitness-related businesses.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. BUSINESS LISTINGS

If you are a business owner listing a venue on fit.sg:

  • You must have the authority to represent the business.
  • All listing information must be accurate and up to date.
  • Listings are subject to review and approval by our team.
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines.
  • You are responsible for keeping your venue information current.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Harass other users or business owners
  • Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the Platform without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

6. CONTENT & REVIEWS

By posting reviews, comments, or other content on fit.sg, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on our Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates our community guidelines or these Terms of Service.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, and branding on fit.sg is owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without written permission.

8. DISCLAIMER

fit.sg is a directory and discovery platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any listed venue or service. Users should exercise their own judgement when choosing a fitness venue or trainer.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fit.sg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
