Get Fit! is a training programme designed to get results! Our fitness class features a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises, bands and weights, speed and agility drills, and core conditioning. It’s a full-body workout that aims to effectively and efficiently improve the way you move – in the class and after the class. We are very conscious about the mechanics of the body, and we focus on doing exercises right – instead of doing it fast or intensively.
That’s not to say we’re not intensive! Once you get up to speed with good posture and proper mechanics, we’ll dial it up a notch and push you just hard enough.
